The house takes its name from cinema itself: films were once projected from one of its rooms into the village cinema, and in 2016 the property served as a location for a German television series. On warm evenings, films shot in Almería are still projected in the patio, under the open sky.

Right in the historic centre

The house stands in the most beautiful part of the village, in the historic quarter next to the church, which makes it easy to discover Níjar on foot while still having a peaceful retreat to return to. Two free public car parks are about two minutes away on foot, and the terrace of Café-Bar La Glorieta is 50 m from the door.
Níjar is also an excellent base for the wider region: the spectacular landscapes, beaches, coves and villages of the Cabo de Gata natural park are within easy reach, alongside local pottery workshops, jarapa weavers, natural park trails and the gastronomy of Almería.
